AA Gifts is based in Medavakkam, Chennai, delivering bulk ceremonial return gift orders across Chennai, Tamil Nadu, pan-India, and globally to NRI families in over 15 countries.

1. Delivery Coverage & Timelines

• Order Handling & Dispatch: within 24–48 hours for in-stock items; a minimum of 5 business days for items not in stock (customized orders: minimum 14 days). • Courier Transit: same-day delivery possible in Chennai for in-stock items; 1–2 days across Tamil Nadu; 3–5 days across the rest of India (total for in-stock items: about 2–4 days in Tamil Nadu and 4–7 days across India). • Global NRI Air Express Transit: Dispatch within 24–48 hours for in-stock items (minimum 5 business days if not in stock) after design approval, then 5–7 days transit via DHL Express / FedEx Priority to the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Singapore, and UAE.

2. Safe Packaging & Transit Protection

Every order is packed securely with multi-layer bubble wrap, edge protectors, and sturdy corrugated outer cartons to ensure brass items, Meenakari jars, and delicate gift favors arrive in pristine condition.

3. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Standard MOQ starts at 50 pieces per design. Customization or personalized name tags require confirmed quantities before production begins.

4. Live Tracking

As soon as your shipment is dispatched, active courier tracking numbers and live links are sent directly to your WhatsApp and email.

5. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are paid by the customer (courier cost at actuals). We coordinate safe doorstep courier dispatch across Chennai, pan-India, and worldwide.
