Strict No-Return & No-Refund Policy

Because all return gifts, favors, and hampers are personalized and prepared in bulk specifically for your ceremony, AA Gifts operates a strict No Return and No Refund policy once an order has been confirmed, prepared, or dispatched.

1. Customized & Bulk Event Orders

We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, excess quantities ordered, or event cancellations once production or packaging has commenced.

2. Damaged or Defective Items in Transit

If any piece arrives damaged during transit, customers are 100% protected. Please inspect your parcel and contact us on WhatsApp (+91 88384 26307) within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and box. We provide an immediate free replacement or credit for affected pieces.

3. Incorrect Items

If an item does not match your approved order invoice, notify us immediately upon receipt for an express free correction.
